Senator Kawasaki, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                              
adoption of the State Affairs Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                                            
page 945. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                           
NO. 8(STA) "An Act relating to electric-assisted bicycles; and                                                                  
providing for an effective date" (technical title change) was adopted.                                                          
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                               
NO. 8(STA) will advance to third reading on the May 8 calendar.
